Delivery & Collection

Our pricing is based on customers picking up and dropping off the Hire Items from our Dianella site. However, for your convenience, we also offer delivery services.

Delivery Schedule

If the event is at a venue, we will adhere to the bump in/out times. 

However, if the event is at a residential address, the hire items will be delivered to you on Friday morning and collected on Monday morning. If these times don't suit you, please contact us before booking delivery.

Delivery Pricing

Delivery and collection fees are based on the distance from our Dianella site, specifically:

  • Up to 15 kilometers: $50
  • 16 to 20 kilometers: $60
  • 21 to 25 kilometers: $70
  • 26 to 30 kilometers: $80
  • 31 to 35 kilometers: $90
  • 36 to 40 kilometers: $100
  • 41 to 45 kilometers: $110

There is a additional fee if you would like us to set up the hire items. 

Additional Terms:

  • Any delays or difficulties in delivery or collection may result in adjusted pricing. Additional charges will be invoiced immediately and must be paid within three (3) days or processed on your provided credit card.
  • You must provide an accurate delivery site description or floor plan seven (7) days before the Delivery Date. We are not liable for items delivered to the wrong location.
  • Ensure Hire Items are kept safe and used only for their intended purpose. They should not be used for event setup or dismantling any equipment.
  • Items must be gathered in one location for easy collection. Failure to do so may result in extra charges.
  • If the delivery site differs from your description, additional fees may apply. These charges will be invoiced immediately and must be settled within three (3) business days or deducted from your Bond.
